Walk. Talk.
Learn.

Your notes, on a walk, out loud.

StudyStriide turns your own study material into a voice tutor you take outside. Phone in your pocket, screen off — talk it through with Stride Buddy, a warm walking companion who knows your notes. You get the fresh air. The material gets another pass.

We’ll only email you when there’s something worth sharing. Promise. You’re in. Lace up — we’ll be in touch soon. Hmm, that didn’t work. Try again?

Upload. Walk. Talk. It sticks.

Not a flashcard app with a walking gimmick — a real conversation about what you’re studying, designed to happen while you move.

01

Upload

Add your notes, lecture slides, PDFs or photos of your notebook to your knowledge bank. That’s what every session is built from.

02

Walk

Head out — the block, the park, the long way round. Lock your phone and put it away. Step tracking is there if you want it.

03

Talk

Ask questions, explain it back, get quizzed. Stride Buddy answers from your material, and you can cut in any time — just like a real conversation.

04

It sticks

Active recall grades your spoken answers, topic mastery shows what’s solid and what’s due, and a brain map links your walks to what you covered.

Some ideas click better on your feet.

Plenty of people already do their best thinking while walking. StudyStriide is built around that habit instead of asking you to sit still for longer.

Saying it out loud shows what you know

Explaining an idea in your own words is a quick, honest check. If you can’t say it, you’ve found the gap — and Stride Buddy helps you fill it.

No screen, fewer detours

With the phone in your pocket there are no tabs, no notifications to glance at, and no “quick check” that turns into twenty minutes.

A walk has a shape

It starts when you leave and ends when you’re back. That makes a study session easier to begin — and easier to stop without guilt.

Time you’d spend walking anyway

The walk to class, the dog walk, the lap round the block between desk sessions. Give some of them a second job.

StudyStriide is a study companion, not a health or medical product. Walk at whatever pace and distance suits you.

People who learn by talking it through.

If you already pace the room while revising, or explain things to your houseplants, you’re who we’re building for.

Oral exams & vivas

Practise answering out loud, on the spot, before it counts. Stride Buddy asks follow-ups from your own material and lets you try again.

Med & nursing

Lots to review, little time at a desk. Turn pathways, drugs and conditions from your notes into a conversation on the way in.

Law

Talk through cases and principles the way you’d argue them. Explaining the reasoning aloud is half the work.

Out-loud learners

No exam needed. Upload a book chapter or a topic you’re curious about and wander into it on your next walk.

Remember it by where you walked it.

The memory palace — the method of loci — is an old technique: tie an idea to a place, then walk back through the places to find the idea. StudyStriide can tag topics with where you studied them, so your real route becomes the palace.

  • Your route, your landmarks. The bridge where the Krebs cycle finally made sense.
  • Optional, always. Location is only used for tagging, and you can say no — everything else still works.
  • Linked to your brain map. See which walks covered which topics.

Some days you just want to walk.

Tell Stride Buddy you need a break and it goes quiet. No nudges, no check-ins, no “are you still there?” It picks up again only when you do.

Rest is part of the stride, not a failed session.
No streaks that punish a day off. A short walk still counts.
Steps are context, never a target. Nothing is locked behind walking.
